Outcomes
Can I measure existing programs?
Yes, this is a great way to get value quickly and gain organizational buy-in. Once your data is loaded on the platform, you can set up any program using either the pre-loaded KPIs or customize new ones. With the integrated propensity score matching capability, you can select and refine control groups. You can also choose from various analytics methodologies to determine the one that makes the most sense for your trial. In days (vs. months), you will know which of your programs worked, precisely how well, for whom, and why – down to a granular level.
How quickly do we start to see outcomes?
Once your data is loaded into the platform, you can begin setting up the programs you’d like to evaluate immediately. Most of our clients have a granular analysis of their current or retrospective initiatives within days or weeks (vs. months or years). Ongoing evaluation is available with every data refresh – no need to wait.
What types of outcomes can I expect?
Softheon has delivered groundbreaking and measurable outcomes across a variety of use cases and lines of business. We invite you to look at some of our recent case studies.
Analytics & Data
What are your current use cases?
Our scalable and secure platform is currently measuring and optimizing over 100 use cases for our clients. Some of the most prevalent include ER utilization, chronic disease management (diabetes, cancer, asthma/COPD, coronary heart failure, etc.), maternity/EPSDT, readmissions, care management, utilization management, and more). The platform’s integrated program setup offers hundreds of standard KPIs or users can create their own. New use cases are being added by our clients every day. We invite you to read a few of our current case studies to learn how our clients are deriving value from their investment.
What do you mean by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning?
Once your data is loaded into the platform, you can begin setting up the programs you’d like to evaluate immediately. Most of our clients have a granular analysis of their current or retrospective initiatives within days or weeks (vs. months or years). Ongoing evaluation is available with every data refresh – no need to wait.
What do you mean by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning?
Machine learning refers to algorithms that find patterns in data. These algorithms are typically “trained” on large amounts of input data and then apply that knowledge to new, but similar data for inference and prediction. Our analytics engine uses specialized algorithms from machine learning to predict key performance indicators for members from large amounts of historical member attributes. It also incorporates AI and an adaptive learning cycle where results from previous deployment iterations feed back into the platform, and new deployments are re-optimized according to the latest results.
