ihc_logoThe Institute for HealthCare Consumerism (IHC) published a case study today on its website about how Softheon Technologies achieved a 26% reduction in avoidable ER visits using its NextNudge™ platform for one of its clients – a large regional Colorado health plan. The article will also lead the January 11th HealthCare Consumerism Today e-newsletter, which reaches over 30,000 health & benefits professionals. The article, authored by Softheon CEO, Eric Grossman, details why, after spending a great deal of time and resources on point solutions that were ineffective and complex, the health plan sought out a platform that could deliver significant and measurable outcomes for their Medicaid population. It also steps through the process and the benefits of each phase of the project, ultimately arriving at the desired results in a span of only several months.
